Hey Beauties! (Is anyone else going absolutely stir crazy stuck inside?… ya, me too!) I’ve never been one to gravitate towards a collared shirt or anything along the preppy lines of a “polo” style but when I was “skimming” (get it?) *pun* through one of my favorite sites and brands, I came across this oversized rugby shirt from one of my favorite brands, “Skim Milk”.
It’s All In The Deets
There were several things that had me hooked on this shirt, the text placement, the fact that it was perfectly over sized and long sleeved, and the pop of white in the collar. I have experience with this brand so I knew the quality wouldn’t disappoint… and I was right! It was beyond perfect and I couldn’t wait to rock it.

Let’s Add That Sass
As expected, the quality was top notch and had a luxurious weight to it. Once I had it on my body I loved the masculine vibe it gave and for the first time IN A LONG TIME, I actually WANTED to add a feminine touch to it. I did it my way and added a pair of cycling shorts for discretion *haha* and over the knee boots for chicness.
The pop of white on the collar really gave that “rugby” aesthetic and I wanted my hair pulled back messily to not only give the collar its deserved attention but also give an effortless vibe.
Extra Sauce
This look (some say was complete at this point) but I felt the need to add some grunge *wink* I went for my signature beanie because let’s be real, this look was just a little too “pretty” for me *sigh*.
You could easily reach for a bucket hat or bandana headband to spice it up and layer any kind of choker or drop chains you own and last but not least… *drumroll* an extra added POP of color with my new Balenciaga crossbody that I’ll share all the deets on VERY soon.
